This bank is the worse. It's all about them collecting fees. The customer ********************** is very poor, they can't answer any questions that they were not programmed to Answer. I deposit a check clearance process is not factual. I'm still waiting for a mobile deposit to clear. I've been given several dates and the check is not cleared. Today, Truist unilaterally decided to drop customers from coverage in IDNotify, an identity theft service provided by SunTrust through Experian to its customers whose banking information may have been compromised by a SunTrust employee. I paid my monthly installment as usual. After a week I made another principal payment or so I thought. They took the money and put some of it towards interest saying that I had to personally call them to allow the money to go only the principal. I deal with three Banks this was the only one that does this. I am trying to move my loan to another location ASAP. This bank is truly let me down. Had my account hacked f 4.thousand,five hundred by someone who had a cash app.l was never notified as they were making ten t fifteen transactions daily. Why wasn't l notified l had family visiting a didn't check my accounts. Now,l cannot get a dime back,as they figured was me.

By no choice of my own, my mortgage was sold to Truist Babk from ***************************** has done absolutely nothing right from day one. We followed all given instructions for setting up our automatic payments accordingly & our bank paid the mortgage accordingly. 2 months later we receive a letter from Truist saying that our account was past due for 2 months & this was the very first point of contact! Very unprofessional and zero customer **********************. My new credit card never arrived and somehow they were able to activate it and I had fraudulent activity not once but twice in one month. Ended up canceling that credit card as I did not want to continue to go through the hassle. Then I received a check from a state school for financial aid and did a deposit like many times in the past without a problem. I chose to open a Truist Bank account as I am moving to a new state that doesnt hold the branches of my original bank. Everything was going well, was just waiting on my card in the mail. However I never received a card, I received a letter from Truist **************** stating that both the checking and savings account I just opened have been found to require immediate closure. I hadnt even received the card or used the account at all. I will be banking elsewhere.

Not at all happy with hidden charges on credit card accounts; regarding a monthly cash charge for a transaction tht can not be stopped until entire amount owed is paid. This charge, as in my account is $35.00 monthly accumatly to $420.00 yearly, plus interest is not only unfair as a consumer is costing additional interest charges! How is this possible?
