Ive been a member of suntrust never had a problem getting my pay until last month truist starts to put random holds onto my account. This has been very inconvenient for me and Ive explained concerns and the manager told me that well you can take your business else where but hence she refuses to release the hold onto my account. I will definitely not be banking with them ever again. These crooks should be put out of business

The worst customer ********************** experience. I cannot get my online mortgage account set up due to an error message. Yesterday I was passed to 4 customer ********************** reps with no resolution! Today, I was passed to 2 customer ********************** reps. I was told you cannot talk to a supervisor. You must wait 24 - 48 hours for a call back. Then they disconnected my call!

This is the WORST company to get a loan thru. Everytime I call to make a payment, I am left on hold for over a hour. They are always missing pieces so I can make a payment and require new information everytime to make a payment. There is no follow up or completing task that they say they are going to do. I have tried multiple times to change my address and it never gets changed! I am sooooo CAN NOT wait for my loan to be over with!!!

Was a customer of ********************** for over a decade. Never any issues. Trust change over was a night mare at best. Hours of wait times, website problems etc. Finally got things working OK but now I don't get a credit card statement in the mail? I called and customer ********************** removed the late fee as I wasn't signed in to get paper statements ?? Always got statements from Suntrust? All of my transactions are being flagged as fraud and they can't seem to fix it. I need to pay my rent but ever transaction I make is being flagged as fraud. I've talked to 6 different people on the phone who all assured me they fixed the problem but the next transaction gets declined as fraud each time. Now I have a late fee for my rent thanks to truist holding my money hostage. I feel like they should pay the late fee. This is ridiculous. I have a mortgage and escrow with Truist which I was part of Sun Trust. I receive a letter from Truist saying my windstorm insurance lapsed and I need to pay $22 for the lapse in coverage. My windstorm insurance is escrowed and Truist is suppose to pay it. When I call, ***** tells me there is nothing she can do, its policy I pay it. I asked her why didnt it get payed? They were directly billed from TWIA 35 days before it was due. ***** claims TWIA did not send invoice. She said its my responsibility to make sure it gets paid... read more

I went to the Truist bank on *******************************************. I waited in the *** line for 30 minutes only to discover the *** had no money or wasnt working. I then went in the branch to find a minimum of 15 people in line with only one teller line open. This is unacceptable at every level. I walked out with no money. This occurred on 8/1/2022. I am thinking of moving my money to another bank

Have a vehicle loan with Truist. I switched banks and updated the autodraft to new bank. They pulls payment from both old and new banks. Called to resolved this issue but no one seems to be able to cancel the recurring payment from old bank account and advise me to do so online. When you do it online it will show a message that the payment has been canceled but still shows a scheduled payment (online and on the mobile app). Then they advise to cancel the payments from the paying bank... who will charge for cancelling these. ... read more

I paid my auto loan payment on the 19th, they took out a second payment on the 20th. They did return it on the 21st but never notified me of the duplicate payment. When I contacted them about it they said it was an oversight. I wonder how many other people had this happen to them. I cannot wait for my loan to be over. They seem to have no idea what is going on within their own company.
