The service for the cost was terrible
Gosh was overcooked and dried out so could not eat. Too expensive for overcooked food.
Requested Pork chop to be cooked medium but came out near well done. Our wait staff was not very attentive in stopping our table to see if all was well throughout the night. Other wait staff at other tables throughout the restaurant seemed very diligent. Due to amount of time the waitress took to visit our table, we were unable to get a replacement meal due to another commitment later that evening. First of all, we had a reservation at 8:00 pm for a party of 4 for inside dining. We arrived at 7:45 pm and I asked if we could sit at a window table. We were told there were no window tables available, so the hostess sat us at a table upstairs on the second floor. Our first server came to our table fairly quickly and we ordered drinks and an appetizer. When they were delivered, another server brought them out and took our food order. Looking for some fine dining to celebrate a special occasion. Searched online and ELA’s came up with many good reviews. Interestingly I always read the negative reviews for balance to see if people were just picky or simply hard to please. DO NOT ignore these. After my experience, they were spot on. Food was unimpressive to say the least. I remember one review mentioned the Salmon Rockefeller. Food took over 2 hours to get to the table after repeated “yours is the next ticket out” comments from the waiter. Manager was very nice and apologetic but there is no excuse for
If you love salty sauces and cafeteria/cruise ship premade food, this place is for you! Remember in middle school when you asked for chicken nuggets and they pulled them out with tongs from the big silver heating pans? Did you like that? If so, this place is for you!
The food was good but we could not hear our conversations it was so so loud. Because of that I will not be going back. It’s unfortunate because it is a nice restaurant and the food was good.
we got a table for 2 right in main inside area. waiters constantly walking past us and hitting our elbows and shoulders would only eat outside
