Recommended service that I didnt need within timeframe and mileage. They were the ones that did the work in the past so they should have it in their records. Received car back dirty, apparently no longer cleaning cars when serviced.

The service people have tried but I overall showcase honda is worse than what you'd expect for used car salesman, it's more like the Wolf of Wall Street.

My appointment was at 1030 for a simply oil change which should be 45 mins max. I was there until 130 waiting :/

Very difficult to get a hold of service when you call to check in on the status. Just a run-around with the answering service. I was also told that someone would call me when the part comes in, approx 4-5 days but have still not heard from anyone. Asides from this, everything was very courteous and accommodating.

I went to get a diagnosis on an issue with my car which my car jerks when driving.. however I appreciate that they brought to my attention something that was going on with my brakes which I already knew.. it was very disappointing to me that I pay for a service for a diagnóstic fee. And paid 174.00 and I still dont know why my car is doing the jerk when accelarating.. however I did get my brakes fix
