It was great until I was told on my way out that the service department broke one of my wheel covers. It took 2 weeks to get the part and another long wait in the waiting area to get it replaced. Other than the damage a great experience.

On my bill, they stated that they had rotated my tires, but when I looked at my tires they were still in the same place. How do I know? I had hit a curb... The tire was still in the same place. The tire was not severely damaged, there was a small scrape. But why say you did something when in fact it was never done?? I always have a good experience. However, when I purchased my Fit I was told that I could leave it for service and get a ride home. This was not true and I now waste a day for service. As I live alone this is an inconvenience and I paid for service that I am not receiving.
Service guy is amazing, service technicians not so much. They slapped together the job, everything removed wasnt clean on replacement, wrong fittings used for undercarriage plastic. Just a sloppy job that doesnt leave much confidence in what work they did. Top notch pricing lackluster work.

Service was ridiculously expensive. Shop reinstalled oil filter incorrectly causing the car to leak. Had to bring the car in a second time to have that fixed.

Discount Tire told me I needed a new tire because it had an unrepairable pin-size hole. I got a quote over the phone from Showcase that was cheaper than Discounts. However, Showcase was not able to find this hole, so they just put air in my tire to make the tire pressure light disappear. The light returned in a few days but the same worker denied ever giving me the quote when I called to get a new tire and charged me more. He spoke to me like I was clueless. So I got new tires from Discount.
