Felt like I wasted my time and was just being told what I wanted to hear. I don't think they did a good faith diagnostic. They gave me answers that didn't seem to fit my problem.

I drove many miles to the dealership to find out there was a $3000+ fee tacked on to the listed price for reconditioning. To me that's like false advertising. Then I saw two different prices on carfax emails I received. They did negotiate a price with me but I didn't purchase the car.

Took my civic to get a oil change and came back out with a leaking washer fluid rubber gasket. Just how? Never leak when i had it but somehow magically it did when i went to pick it up. Also no tires were rotated because my wheels where still in the same place when i got it. I could tell because only one of my rim had curb rash and it was still on the same spot. I brought in my Honda for an oil change. The individual servicing my car did not do his homework and claimed that I needed more transmission fluid + a broken part related to the transmission etc. If he had done his research on the car he wouldve seen that I just had my transmission replaced six/seven months ago, didnt need fluid and the part was covered by the warranty on the new transmission. Instead I received a bill proximately $2000 plus initially. In the end I was charged only for oil service.

I called Richard York to make an appointment to get a new battery. When I arrived an hour later, Devin Suzuki another service advisor) pointed out York (who was talking to a man). York never acknowledged my presence and continued talking. Suzuki ended up doing my paperwork and when I left the service department, York was still talking.

Terrible. Was suppose to get the inside glass of my Dashboard Cleaned before finalizing my deal. I got the run around for about a week and when I finally set a time and date then they tell me the only guy able to take the dashboard out went home early after I had showed up. I was advised I would be contacted 3 Mondays ago My issue is still unresolved.There has been no contact made not even an attempt from showcase.Terrible experience, lack of communication and no follow through. Get it together

Johnny, my service advisor, is great. There was some damage to my front end, so the Zaktek couldn't be done. I asked him if it would be ok to run it through the car wash. They did. The.next day, I had a "Shutter Grille Problem. Power reduced" message. I looked at my front end, and trim pieces are missing as well as everything looking pushed in and the damage that was barely noticeable before is now worse and obvious. I wasn't going to worry about fixing it before, but now I have to.
