Verified Renter Apartment is good, but maintenance is very VERY slow. When I talked to the office, the man there was very condescending. Felt very disrespectful when I’m just trying to get my dishwasher fixed.

Verified Renter So far Smile has been a great place to live at. The maintenance comes when requested and everyone I’ve interacted with has been nice. My only complaint is that you can hear your neighbors if they walk with their shoes on in their apartment.
