Verified Renter I like the apartment and surroundings and new neighbors. I had a couple of maintenance requests which were completed quickly and effectively.
Verified Renter the apartment space is nice but maintenance takes a long time and usually we need maintenance to come multiple times before the issue is solved
Verified Renter I have had a good experience so far in my apartment with Smile. The resident portal makes it very easy to request maintenance which is very handy and they are typically quick to resolve the issue.
Verified Renter Apartment is good, but maintenance is very VERY slow. When I talked to the office, the man there was very condescending. Felt very disrespectful when I’m just trying to get my dishwasher fixed.
Verified Renter So far Smile has been a great place to live at. The maintenance comes when requested and everyone I’ve interacted with has been nice. My only complaint is that you can hear your neighbors if they walk with their shoes on in their apartment.

Verified Renter 208 e clark st is great. clean, spacious, tall ceilings. my only complaint is that the couch is really cheap and uncomfy. i like having my own bathroom
