Verified Renter Smile housing is very good and is fully furnished which makes it easy for students to live comfortably. Although there are some problems like security issues, some of the appliances not working problem properly, etc

Verified Renter Small, but comfortable and perfect for one person. Very close to engineering quad so it makes going to class easy. It is by a liquor store and smoke shop, so many homeless people are seen in the alley where you would park, but they respectfully so far.

Verified Renter Apartment location is nice and easily walkable to classes and the quad. Close to bus stops too. Apartment could be a little more updated. Overall nice place though and quiet area which is really great.
