It's like a white foam floor where the tubes can slide.. Theres no snow ice at all except inside of the igloo tent.. If you want to slide on the ice then don't go! It's over price..

The park was lackluster... the ice slopes were ok to slide down maybe 2-3 times. The igloo was a big refrigerator. Snow was hard and more like ice. The park offered a small local flea market area, where businesses only started to open around 11:30-12. Overall the cost of the price (~$45) plus the cost for parking ($15) DOES NOT justify itself.

The kids have a blast but.... Nothing was open at 9.30am not even a coffee. When it start raining, and I understand you can’t control weather, he has no cover and can not use your red trailers. We purchased the unlimited ticket and left after 3 hours. Kids wanted to stay, but my husband and I ware to soaked and freezing. Honestly I would like to get money back at lease the extra we paid for the unlimited ticket. After leaving in 3hrs you only have few tents open.

instead of having the people use the people walker to drag the tubs up the people walker maybe you should connect a people walker to the slide and have the tubes up at the top

Autism shaming. I am 23 and have never felt so victimized because of my disability. I was in line to order a pretzel and the girl working there didn't like it was taking me a minute to order. She then proceeded to make a face and tap her hand to her chest. I was appalled. I let her know that wasn't okay and that I'm disabled and she proceeded to be rude and disrespectful. Her manager then told me to "just go". They made faces at me when I got out my phone. The single rider tubes are really hazardous. The snow is like "snow... read more

I was on hold for more than 1.5 hours to try to exchange my ticket for another day due to Covid. And no answered the call and no one was able to help my other family members that were able to go.

The actual tubing part was fun, the kids enjoyed it, but the atmosphere was such a downer. For one, not much snow, if any was anywhere other than the igloo which was a big pile of snow and the employees clearly hated their jobs, from CUSSING and lewd language to making faces and complaining after a supervisor came to tell them to speed up sending ppl down the slope, there was just lots left to be desired. And the lines did move SUPER slow for the family rides and matching ppl up was very unorganized.
