It wasn’t a terrible experience but for elder people it is not somewhere to go. The workers (majority) were very rude and disrespectful, even after we had acknowledge the issues we had. The igloo was very fun and I had a great time but they had problems with enforcing the rules and guidelines they had in place. I was pelted multiple times with “snowballs” (more like hard balls of ice) by random people. The ground is very bumpy and have a lot of holes in it, and there are no signs that say “watch your step”, make sure to pay... read more

Would never go again. A waste of money. Only the slopes and dome were open at the time we went. The slopes were dangerous. I was with my family in one tube and almost flew out. When we were in the family tube they told us that we needed to share the tube with another family. How could they do this with COVID guidelines in place? The staff argued with us because we refused to share the tube with another family. The staff was very rude and had no idea what they were doing. If you didn’t listen to the announcement on the way up,... read more

It was very boring. Only 3 slides... and the igloo.. definitely not worth 43$ a person or the 14$ for parking. We were thinking it would be equivalent to Stone Mountain Georgia. No one was managing masks, lots of employees had them below their nose some even below their chin. They were not following social distancing guidelines at all. We got crammed into a family ride with 2 other families that we didn’t know. Had to put our hands in the same strap as theirs. They weren’t sanitizing the tubes. I put my foot ... read more

It was not up to the expectations according to your advertisement. The igloo was a disappointment— the ice was hard, not snow, and dangerously slippery.

Unfortunately, I had an emergency and was not able to attend. Snowcat ridge was unable to give me a refund or even a credit or tickets to use for a future date. The representatives whom assisted me were extremely rude and didn’t seem to care. I understand now they have a no refund policy. But what I don’t understand is not attempting to help a potential future customer for life and and pocketing my money with no remorse. You have lost me and my family forever and will not recommend anyone to attend! A simple kind gesture goe... read more

The igloo is nothing but ice it is impossible to make a snowman. It is also very small and crowded. The drinks ridiculous at 10 dollars a beer. Shopping very small. The tubing was nice however the staff was rude. I know you just opened however you have a long way to go.

Slides were the only fun thing the fake snow is horrible and hazardous nothing but slippery ice might as well be a ice skating rink
