So why the law enforcement? Covid birth place? This place is highly over rated for the money you pay. Maybe 1500 sq ft snow igloo with shoulder to shoulder snow experience. When I came down the hill in a single rider lane I lost my hat. Tried to speak to the park worker at the bottom in front of my lane. I wasn't aloud to speak to her about the hat because a sheriff was pushing me on to return the tube which they had plenty and wasn't waiting on my one single rider tube. I literally had to ask the cop to speak to me correctl... read more
The only positive thing I can say about Snowcat Ridge is they are the masters of false advertising for what wound up being an absolute joke. I spent $100 for my family of 3 to snow tube 1x!!!! We waited 30 minutes to do it and when we finished tubing, the lines were double, hence an hour wait. You only get a 2 hour time slot. The website shows 20+ lanes but they only had a 1/4 open. The igloo that is supposed to contain snow is a glorified mountain of hard ice. I slipped and fell without injury but someone won't be so lucky.... read more
They are very unprofessional, they do not know how to talk to a customer, they do not respect social distancing, it is a failure, whatever is possible, they give me my money back, I entered the place at 7:45 pm and I left at 8:20 pm. are all pertinent calls to the city I do not recommend it to anyone
It was closed didn't get to go.
My daughter had a blast but stay away from the bald popcorn guy with the long beard. Rudest person I've met in a while. My 4 year old daughter has severe food allergies so I have to read everything. She wanted some popcorn which I knew she could probably have so I went to the counter to read the ingredients on a bag that's right in the open on the counter with other bags. I turn one of the bags to the back to read the ingredients and all of sudden the guy starts being completely rude about it. I try to explain to him the sit... read more
My family and I were not able to go because the park unexpectedly closed with no notice to the customer. Snowcat Ridge sent a text message saying that they were refunding the money for the tickets. I still haven’t received my refund. They say it will take up to 10 days to process the return. The worst customer service they do not know what to say to upset customers. They didn’t allow customers to move the date they just did not care for the customer wether they were coming out of town or not. This experience put me off and i... read more
Everything stared good but in December 9 in turn of 7/9pm they evicted all the people without explanation some children críes because no use all the attractions my soon no visit all the atracción only use 1 hr and 15 minutes. :(
80 years old, and went for grandson's birthday. Employees were rude, not helpful, nor allowed us to socially distance when wanting to go on a family tube. We were a party of 4 and did not wish to go on a tube with 5 other strangers. They would not let us down unless we practically sat on stranger's laps!
Nasty dirty bathrooms Very little snow( snow like a snowcone) to play in. And very unsafe.
