Beware!! Avoid this hospital!! I was taken to ER due to severe, sudden short term memory loss. I was mimicked by the doctor while I was crying because I was absolutely terrified! I didn't understand what was wrong with me but I knew something was very wrong. The ER doctor did absolutely nothing but verbally abuse me. They did nothing to help me or find out what was wrong. Update: It's quite obvious that they don't actually read your reviews. The person who responded (Reed) instructed me to contact Bobbie. I downloaded the Yelp app just to leave this review. If it saves just one person from being scammed by these people it's worth it. I went to the ER in September with a broken wrist. The care I received was...ok. The nurse practitioner who did my sugar tong splint made it so tight around my fingers that they went numb. The ortho doc was appalled when I arrived at TX Orthopedics. Let me first say if i could give this hospital a no star i would but in order for me to leave this comment i have to give a one star. the nurses at the ER have very poor blood drawing skills , they don't even know the basic skills.

And so the saga continues AND actually gets worse. I just happened to be in the room last night when the nurse started to remove one of Dads compression sleeves. Immediately i notice theres a huge bandage on his right shin. So i ask whats that, its new. The nurse actually said, i dont know i was just told to clean it. Mind you last nnight was the 3rd. I was told 46$ was in total my ER visit before i started when I gave my insurance card; i thought i paid off my visit and all clear . Until i received a bill with 1313$ 4 weeks later .they claimed i need to pay extra for the visit ! Nobody told me anything about extra bill when i was there. I don't even know WTF is going on !
