Poor customer service, Took several attempts to fix my Poor customer service, Took several attempts to fix my NEW CAR. Service technicians made us feel as if they were doing us a favor when speaking to us.

My car doesn’t function anymore after your first service, My car doesn’t function anymore after your first service, first didn’t start any more and now shakes and makes noises. You don’t even give a call back to me after I called Hyundai service few times. I am not sure what you did to the car but it got defiantly worst than before

Disappointed with the lack of communication. Disappointed with the lack of communication. Despite leaving instructions in the morning AND calling midday to check on the progress, I arrived only to find out that my car would take longer than they had said. Very frustrating since I felt that I gave the dealership multiple opportunities to contact me and let me know that it would be later. Would not have been a big deal had I known, but I got dropped off and had no way to pick my kids up from school when it happened. The only r... read more

The 10 year manufacturer warranty was reduced to 6 years The 10 year manufacturer warranty was reduced to 6 years starting that we are considered the second owner when we bought back the leased vehicle. We had specifically asked about the transfer of warranty beforehand and were informed it will transfer.

Lack of + poor communication, combined with multiple Lack of + poor communication, combined with multiple misdiagnosis and mistakes made the process to fix my car take nearly a month and a lot of cash.

The communication process needs to be better. The communication process needs to be better. Don’t promise a customer a certain time frame that would include a car wash when you don’t deliver on that. I watched my car be driven to the porter to only have sat out there for an hour with no wash, and for the advisor to call and say the car is ready and washed. When I brought this to his attention he said sorry and shrugged it off.

Inaccurate information provided about the car, Inaccurate information provided about the car, unreasonable wait time even though I had an appointment with only 1 car picked out, took 3 hours before being told the car had minor damage on carfax report, I hate that the experience was so unpleasant that I couldn’t be excited I have a new vehicle. I will never recommend my friends buy from here.

Waited for my car for 4 hours only to be told they did Waited for my car for 4 hours only to be told they did nothing. Waited another 30 minutes just to get a printed quote of what they didn’t do. So in total I spent 4 hours and 30 minutes sitting in a lobby with absolutely nothing being done to my car.
