We received a myriad of excuses including: part on back order, part shipped to wrong dealer, we are moving, tech has covid etc. Tired of the run around at the dealership, we engaged Hyundai corporate leadership and got our car back in 24 hours. Kudos to Hyundai corporate for recognizing and righting a wrong - they get 5 stars, but South Bay Hyundai one star.
