The service ok but the rest just a bad experience! The service ok but the rest just a bad experience! It made me sad of purchasing a car instead of being happy. They tricked me with credit score and financing, adds on (which I manage to cancel afterwards) and lied about service bonuses. Plus they wanted to deliver the car not in safety conditions.

Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Almost never answer the phone or return calls. Voicemail box is always full. Bad attitudes. Can’t believe they are still in business.
I got my yearly oil change (Car only 2 yrs old with 9,000 I got my yearly oil change (Car only 2 yrs old with 9,000 miles). The next day, Oil was leaking, enough that it stained our driveway. Had to take the car back in for a full day, not convenient at all. It was fixed, but there should of never been a problem with a simple oil change. Also called the service department several times, and no one answers the phone.
