When he drove off the lot with this newly purchased certified, pre-owned Hyundai car, he didn’t look at the gas gauge, but when he got home ( 8 miles away) there was only 20 miles left of gas. I have purchased 2 other CPO cars from other car makers in the last 2 years, and they always came with a full tank of gas. I had the worse experience at taking my car for service. I had the worse experience at taking my car for service. I waited 15 minutes for a technician to check me in. My service was going to be about 2 hours so I I was told they have a complimentary service to take you and pick you up from your location of drop off. I had to wait 20 mins, to get dropped off. The waiting around with the lack of communication if they called someone to pick me up or not.

The sales experience with Brennan was great. The sales experience with Brennan was great. He knew everything about the car I wanted and explained it very well. We agreed on a price that was acceptable. When the time came to sign the lease agreement, the numbers all of the sudden completely changed. None of the discounts agreed upon during sales showed up and hidden fees all of the sudden appeared. Thanks to this experience, the next car we will buy will be online only.
