No one answers the phone in the service department. No one answers the phone in the service department. I waited for 25 minutes and I was the only person there before someone helped me. I was told my car would be ready in three hours and it took 2 1/2 days.

Nice but inexperienced employees or constantly Nice but inexperienced employees or constantly understaffed. Has been weeks and still no response to ongoing oil issue. Noticed class action lawsuit about the matter online. Hope Hyundai does the right thing here.

The lot is chaotic with the construction. The lot is chaotic with the construction. I went in for a recall item and told the representative that CarPlay isn’t working. I’ve owned the car for three months and it has less than 3,000 miles on it. The recall was taken care of but I was told I needed to update the software or pay $585 for the dealership to update it. They took too long to greed me and help me. They took too long to greed me and help me. Even tho I had an appointment. I was told wait time about 1.5 hours I waited 2.5 hours and that’s. Because I asked for my car.

My main concern here was the lack of communication and My main concern here was the lack of communication and wrong information being given. I took in my car from a failure that had happened on their end after recalls being repaired. With an estimate of a week or less to be in shop. It took about a month and three weeks to be returned to me. This was with no calls being given to me with no updates. I was the one calling and calling for updates. No answers. Got hung up on. There seems to be a mistake. There seems to be a mistake. I did not nor did anyone else bring my 2022 Santa Fe into the dealership on June 7, 2023. I haven't been to the Service Center since early April.

Sales experience was great, but everything after that was Sales experience was great, but everything after that was a disaster. Car delivered with scratches on the instrument cluster, white stain on dash, and black smudge on headliner. Dealer unwilling to make proper repairs to give me the new car I paid for.
