The 2 ladies responsible in that department, couldn't give me an Answer, when I ask them where was my Car. I'll they said it's coming... my car arrived 30mnts after asking them 2 times where was my Car. It's embarrassing how some people can't handle a simple job.
It’s not professional how this dealer works. It’s not professional how this dealer works. I've been waiting for more than a week for them to return my down payment money for a deal that didn't work. And they also changed the terms of my contract up to almost twice. That's why I decided to return the car. I didn't feel comfortable working with this dealer and I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone I know.
The service department is very professional and The service department is very professional and courteous. Appointment times are normally kept with a 5 minute window, which in it self is amazing. My service rep was Donnie who kept me upto date with the service. He also advised me that an incorrect tyre was installed by American Tyre and advised that I return to them for a replacement
1 star for the dealer because they wouldn't include car 1 star for the dealer because they wouldn't include car mats on a $42k purchase, and not a base model. I mean, come on, $4k for some stupid electronic licence plate that I don't want, lojack, and some stupid tape on the doors and the vin etched into every panel, but no xxxx floor mats. $65 worth of floor mats would have turned this 1 start into 5 stars, this is just cheap and feels like I've been had slightly.

I was first greeted my a male who instructed me to pull I was first greeted my a male who instructed me to pull my vehicle forward. From there I waited over twenty minutes to be help, while the guest behind me were assisted. While I waited to be helped, I was not acknowledged by any employees and it was not until my husband came where I was then acknowledged. This has been by far the worst experience and I hope this place does a better job at assisting their guest.

I began a claim with my warranty company and this I began a claim with my warranty company and this dealership in January. The dealership estimated a 5-hour tear down time to determine the issue causing my heat to not work. The warranty company determined that this time greatly exceeded the actual time needed to perform the diagnostic.
