The dealership never returns my calls and always says it's up to Hyundai corporate to approve work that should be covered by the extended warranty. I was lied to about my service. I was lied to about my service. They did not rotate my tires as stated on the service record. This is a huge concern and leads me to believe that this service department cannot be trusted. I also received constant bluelink notifications that my car was left running for 45 minutes. Mind you I only had an oil change and tow hitch recall serviced. This does not require them to leave the car running for that long. The service was fine. The service was fine. People were good. Everyone was prompt, HOWEVER, don't believe it when the sales people tell you they cover routine maintenance for three years. That's a lie. For my 15K service, I was charged close to $300 for routine 15K service required by my lease. When I questioned it, they said, "Routine service only covers oil changes and rotating tires." I will not be purchasing another Hyundai and I believe they were being dishonest with their sales pitch. Car was returned dirty.

I’ve gone to SB Hyundai since 2014 and the service has I’ve gone to SB Hyundai since 2014 and the service has always been great. I felt my last time there the service was below average. The expectations they set poor and felt like they were trying to push a different sale on me.

The quote provided was obscenely expensive. The quote provided was obscenely expensive. I was quoted $540 for a fix that I ended up doing myself for $19 in 20 minutes. They also flat out lied and said I need an oil change when I got one just a couple weeks ago. The oil level was fine when I checked after I got home. I will not be back.
