I was allowed to make an online appointment and indicted... I was allowed to make an online appointment and indicted it was for a recall item. But, when I arrived the service department advised they were closing early for the holiday. Additionally, they didn’t have the part in stock.

The issues is a warranty covered repair and instead they just pretended to clean the engine compartment and clear out the code without actually fixing the issue! I'm close to the end of my warranty and it felt like they were trying to push me out until the warranty expires! Very dissatisfied with the service
