I don't think it is possible for a zero star go they get... I don't think it is possible for a zero star go they get a 1 for the service department and the serviec director as well at the general manager. Absolutely no communication from those people at all after the brand new car being in the shop more than I have been able to drive it in the first 30 days.

I didn't get an update on my car until I called them at 5... I didn't get an update on my car until I called them at 5 pm. They told me they had to keep my car because the diagnostic machine was tied up all day, even though I made an appointment weeks beforehand. I got my car back the next morning and all they did was reset the computer. The same vehicle alert has been popping up for weeks. The service advisor did not return my call. Taking the car in again this week.

We tried to buy a vehicle on Sunday and the dealership... We tried to buy a vehicle on Sunday and the dealership would only take a non refundable $3,000 deposit and we needed to pay in cash. They wanted "green" cash. We asked about a cashier check and they wouldn't take it. The next day the vehicle we were buying was sold to someone else. Took 2 months in the shop for them to inform me that the... Took 2 months in the shop for them to inform me that the part needed for my car was on back order and the rental I was given was only covered for 17 days. I had to cover the other 43 days and Hyundai corporate has yet to reach back to me on finding a solution. And my car is still not fixed.
