be aware Be aware of a hidden fee. They will ask you pay extra 2K for a already installed accessory which normally cost less than $50 from Amazon.

I came in to by a new G80. I bought a new Genesis from... I came in to by a new G80. I bought a new Genesis from dealership in 2013 and have brought in for service on schedule and never had a problem. I was given a price for the G80 on a Monday. Costco pricing and the price was good so I said I would come in two days later to buy. Came in two days later and met with Sheek. He gave me different price. I already took it in twice to have the issue repaired. The service advisor admitted his mistake and promised they would take care of everything. 2 days later I call back to find out when I can schedule the 3rd time for this repair. I had an appointment to get my suv detailed and while it was there they finished the job they called me to pick it up and then when I came to pick it up they could not find it they took 30 minutes to find my car but wait that wasn’t all of it then another 20 minutes to find where they had left my keys they had three people look for them they finally found it in a big cardboard box full of keys and they never put a tag on the keys or put them in a dealer box to find ... read more

Was quoted price and was told item would be ordered and programmed. A month passed no contact from dealer. Visited dealer and was told (by the same worker, he didn't order.
