My appointment was for 10:30am fir an oil change, arrived... My appointment was for 10:30am fir an oil change, arrived and checked in. At 12:45 I had to ask the status of my car as no one provided any update. The oil change cost was $70 which I find to be costly. I intend to switch to another dealership for my car servicing. I find some of the service staff men to be condescending and treat me as though I don’t know what I am talking about or experiencing with the vehicle I drive every day. Very expensive service compared to others. Not happy... Very expensive service compared to others. Not happy because i found out the simple reset could be done in other shop for less than a hundred dollars only.

Jeremy Davis, service representative is very dishonest... Jeremy Davis, service representative is very dishonest and made me feel as I am a stupid female customer. I will never come back again. Horrible experience.

After initially waiting 10 days for repair I returned 20... After initially waiting 10 days for repair I returned 20 miles later to have same problem fixed at higher cost than originally quoted- nightmare! Terrible experience.

Came to this location from DTLA due to me needing to... Came to this location from DTLA due to me needing to complete other errands in the area. It's out of the way for me. Dropped off my vehicle to complete a recall. They were really busy and I stood around for a good 15 minutes before being helped although I had an appointment. Not a big deal they were busy. I was hoping to have a good experience with Hyandai and... I was hoping to have a good experience with Hyandai and this dealership. Sadly I did not get it. The exact car I bought I saw on my first visit for 14,950 and 3 days later it was priced at $15,550. I was considering buying on my first visit but had to leave to catch a bus .Salesman said manager won't lower the price, no matter how much I asked for the price 3 days previously. I got a car from them 3 months ago and after 5500 miles... I got a car from them 3 months ago and after 5500 miles the transmission starts making noises. I called the guy who sell me the car and he just refer to me to service and never again check in back. At the day of the purchase he also promised me an keychain and text to said he sent it and he never did. Today I dropped the car to get check
