They priced their car right. Staff like Zoey and the manager at that time we bought the car were easy to deal with. They price our trade in, right too. We had a very pleasant buying experience. The facility is nice and clean.
Nestor Molina was very helpful dealing with lexus interface. Help get rid of engine waring notice on my app. Plus gave me information and phone number to deal with this in the future.
Great check in but the next day the low tire pressure light came on and all the tires needed more inflation. I expect the tires to be filled to Lexus standard and overall just had less than expected experience.
Zac was curteous, friendly and extremely helpful. He presented us with the features of the different models. He went into detail on what the features did and how the worked. There was no overt pressure to make a quick decision. He did follow up when the vehicle we were interested in would be available for review.

Salesman, Akram was great, he was very friendly and explained thing's thoroughly. Financing department took too long in preparing and signing document. I believe it should have been prepared ahead of time to save time.
