RGD is the best service guy at Mission Viejo Lexus
I bought a used Lexus certified 2024 NX 350 hybrid. I came late on a Saturday night and worked with Julian. One of the best things about this dealership is that they will tell you the out-the-door cost before you even step foot in the dealership. Once I received my car there were some minor cosmetic flaws that I must have missed when I bought it because it was a late night on Saturday. Let me tell you, as soon as I called Freddy was so fast to help me fix them with ease. Great customer service.
Service writer was good. Technician found my wheel shiver

Service team is very professional and ease of getting checked in for your service. My service advisor Maria was very knowledgeable and made it very easy to understand service needed for my car. She went above and beyond!

After I picked my car , they said your tire has a tear but no leak! I had warranty till end of 2026 !!! I went home and my car went flat! I had to come back and they changed the tire but I believe the nail in the tire happened in the dealer ! But they were going to charge me $65 !! Somehow the person who helped me waive the fee! That was nice but it was hard to go there twice!
