Service advisor Scott is great: professional and personable. Cost of the maintenance service is way too high but you have that when you opt for dealership service (and I did).

Great experience. While other dealerships were marking up various color combinations of the new is350 they offered a 1000 dollar markdown. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle
