Alex Cruz was very helpful in guiding the needed 219k service of my GX470. Things were done expeditiously by certified Lexus mechanics. Loaner provided for 24 hours it took to do 27 point inspection, maintenance, recharge AC and replace 2 worn tires and a old spare and align. Performing like new.
