I spoke to an Alejandra C in the asset recovery dept regarding a late from a year ago. She took the time to research the issue and see that the billing dept had just switched software and that I was on auto payment so it definitely wasnt my fault. There are all kinds of issues with customer service these days and it was very impressive to hear all this. They did a great job! Thank you guys!

Actually ZERO stars. I am extremely disappointed that I am locked into a 25 year lease with this company for Solar. My system has been broken for over 6 months and all I can get from Customer service is your in the queue for our vendor who does the repairs. If the company they have engaged to do repairs cannot serve the customers, then Spruce Power should change vendors or do something. I am simply adding to all the very negative reviews posted all over the Internet about Spruce Power. I have been trying to get them to sign off on a consent form for roof repairs for six weeks and their customer service is absolutely horrendous. Can't believe this company is still in business with such terrible service and all the negative reviews. If you're thinking about using them for solar power RUN AWAY, DON'T WALK, as fast as you can.

Horrible company. Customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with in my lifetime. They find every excuse in the book to blow you off. Been waiting since June/July 2025 for someone to repair my system, which has been offline for over 6 months now. If you have a choice, do not get into business with this company!

My system has stopped working and yet spruce power will not do anything about it. This company is trash and I’m stuck with it because we bought our house with these stupid things on top. I’m probably going to have to get a lawyer to end this nonsense. If you have the option of not going into business with this company, don’t!

This company should not be allowed to be in business at all. They don't replybtonyour calls or emails. The individuals you do get to speak to know nothing and just delay you so their system would generate a new atomic bill then have the audacity to say you have an open balance and they can't assist you until the balance is settled. They refuse to service the solar unit but continue to request payments monthly. Trying to get rid of them is another issue. This is a terrible business. I believe they're predatory trying to give out loans to people who don't qualify such as myself. I've requested that they stopped calling me. I've blocked their number and yet they continue to call me. When I've asked them to remove my number they just hang up on me. I've requested that they validate that they've removed my number and they will not even do that.

My solar system is not been working since June 30 2025, yet Spruce Power will not send someone out to check and fix this issue. When you call customer service they are not at all willing to assist. I have sent photos and called but still have not heard back from them. I think they should not be allowed to do business in New Jersey or any other state for that matter.
