Not even one Star 0 customer Service. Company keeps changing name. Changes account numbers. Now they don’t want us to do auto pay.!!! I would get give them a negative 10 if it was an option. This company is a complete nightmare. They are dishonest and will NOT help you. After calling and calling and calling only to get a run around....just needed a payoff total so I could put my house on the market. I could not list it with out this total. Spruce Power are not incompetent – They are very competent at their specialty, which is cheating customers. They are the most blatantly, deliberately dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They do little things like charging fees when they should be giving discounts, but their big budget operation is charging estimated fees in violation of contract. Spruce and PSE&G are constantly giving me the run around. I've called in several times to complain about my bills being extremely high. It feels like my solar panels haven't been working for years and all they do is point the finger at each other. I'm not sure how having solar panels is saving me money. Additionally, when I go to my Spruce homepage, I can't see my metering. It keeps coming up blank which doesn't allow me to compare what my panels are doing vs. what PSE&G are reporting.
Spruce and **** *****are both scamming customers with there run around ********. my solar panels haven't been working for three years and they point the finger at each other, but nothing gets fixed. never get answers of when things will be corrected but they always want there monthly payments. If there is a lawsuit out there against this company please let me know, they haven't fulfilled there end of the contract! Still waiting 3 years and counting with useless solar panels on my house.
Spruce Power bought my solar contract and has been nothing other than incompetent. Their billing was atrocious, double billing, and such. When they upgraded their billing platform on February 1, 2023, it got worse. Multiple errors. Hours on hold. Promises to correct their errors took months to straighten out. Spruce Solar has the worst customer service ever. They don’t answer emails or calls and I can’t get on their site to pay my bill. They send paper bills and want the payment the next day. They always charge late fees and I refuse to pay. I’d you hear Spruce Solar, run!
Spruce Power is a total ripoff. Their costumer service is the worst I have ever seen. I am set up on Auto Draft and then they call me and tell me that I am 2 months behind, go figure!! I live in AZ and in the mean time my ELECTRICITY BILL IS GOING THROUGH THE ROOF, the converter has been broken since NOVEMBER 2022, they tell me that it will be repaired in 18 Weeks and it is still not repaired, there needs to be a full Governmental investigation by the Attorney General, The CEO and staff of SPRUCE POWER NEEDS TO DO PRISON TIM... read more
