I was very skeptical because it was our first time, but it was the opposite of my thinking. It was great. Everyone from the receptionist to the Doctor were great. I will recommend y’all to everyone.

The doctor made a fast and accurate assessment of my condition and acted quickly to have an ambulance take me to UMC where I received much- needed care from their Level 1 trauma unit. I am very grateful I chose Star ER.
