To be honest I haven't been that unsatisfied until just a few minutes ago. We caught the purple line in Chinatown at stop 35 at around 10:10am on 3/5/2017. The GPS app said the pickup was at Bamboo street. When the bus arrived he directed us to a block down the street. As soon as we got on he proceeded to yell at us and accused us of using the bus as an Uber service. He yelled and said we needed to be at the designated stop. My partner and I used this company as a tour provider to get transport from our hotel to Universal Studios. Pick up from the hotel was 20 minutes late and after boarding the bus found out that we were going to the business main office before making our way to Universal Studios. On arrival to Universal we were given a card with a return time and were also told that we had to find out for ourselves which bus we had to get on to get back to our hotel (was meant to be 4 buses, which only 2 and a mini van showed up and of course ... read more

You realize that there might be people in Pickup buses with you who may not necessarily go to the same tours as yours. Hence everyone should be drive to our offices first (in few locations we have). The tour was very unorganised I got picked up from the hostel late then I thought we were on our way, to drive round the corner and be dropped at a small office to que for around 20 mins then get on another bus where we waited another 15 mins, the tour was ok but I thought there would be more opportunitys to stop and take pics, most of my pics are of the buses window frame and not the stars homes! Hi Leann, we are sorry for your waits , however as you might seen our explanations on our Face Book, I should inform you also, Hotel Pickups/Drop buses differs from the one we send our guests to their Tours, due to different Tour destinations. Hence everyone should be drive to our offices close to your location, first . After processing the tickets/name list, etc. then be guided to their vehicles to go for their Tours. We came from Australia and we're starting off with Warner Bros Studios, followed by tour of the stars homes, Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Strip, Beverley Hills etc. Our transfers arrived promptly, escorting us to the depot. It was here that we waited at Starline for over an hour to be allocated to a bus. It was very disorganised and chaotic. Pésima atención!!, informales e irresponsables. Pagué un tour nocturno por Los Ángeles, 66 U$S, con 3 días de anticipación. Al llegar al lugar indicado en fecha y hora, me dijeron que sólo habían vendido mi ticket, que se suspendía el tour. Me solicitaron la tarjeta de crédito, hicieron "supuestamente" el trámite correspondiente, y me dijeron que en 72 hs. tendría la devolución de mi dinero. NUNCA me devolvieron ni un peso, por supuesto que VISA me cobró los 66 dólares. En definitiva, se llevaron 66 dólares de arriba, flor d... read more

Poor customer service, shocking communications, left an hour late. Bus filthy with broken seats. Never use these guys!
