We came from Australia and we're starting off with Warner Bros Studios, followed by tour of the stars homes, Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Strip, Beverley Hills etc. Our transfers arrived promptly, escorting us to the depot. It was here that we waited at Starline for over an hour to be allocated to a bus. It was very disorganised and chaotic. Pésima atención!!, informales e irresponsables. Pagué un tour nocturno por Los Ángeles, 66 U$S, con 3 días de anticipación. Al llegar al lugar indicado en fecha y hora, me dijeron que sólo habían vendido mi ticket, que se suspendía el tour. Me solicitaron la tarjeta de crédito, hicieron "supuestamente" el trámite correspondiente, y me dijeron que en 72 hs. tendría la devolución de mi dinero. NUNCA me devolvieron ni un peso, por supuesto que VISA me cobró los 66 dólares. En definitiva, se llevaron 66 dólares de arriba, flor d... read more

Poor customer service, shocking communications, left an hour late. Bus filthy with broken seats. Never use these guys!

Booked two tours, the first to Universal Studios, completely disorganised, pickup was a total disaster, buses not there, no one knew where they shouldered. When bus finally arrive. Waited for 25 minutes with no explanation. Second tour to Disneyland, had booked pickup but not on drivers list! Poured with rain all day. Pickup was scheduled for 7.00 pm rang and asked if pickup could be early told no bad luck, ended up catching cab advised them that we didn't need pickup didn't care as so rude. Never again.

Didn't do a tour. Why? They didn't have a reservation. Made it online through their own website received two confirmation emails...and nothing in there system, even though I have a confirmation number. Don't have an online reservation service if it doesn't work. Either it's a poorly designed system or a ploy to use people's money since I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund.
