Booked two tours, the first to Universal Studios, completely disorganised, pickup was a total disaster, buses not there, no one knew where they shouldered. When bus finally arrive. Waited for 25 minutes with no explanation. Second tour to Disneyland, had booked pickup but not on drivers list! Poured with rain all day. Pickup was scheduled for 7.00 pm rang and asked if pickup could be early told no bad luck, ended up catching cab advised them that we didn't need pickup didn't care as so rude. Never again.

Didn't do a tour. Why? They didn't have a reservation. Made it online through their own website received two confirmation emails...and nothing in there system, even though I have a confirmation number. Don't have an online reservation service if it doesn't work. Either it's a poorly designed system or a ploy to use people's money since I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund.

We were highly recommended this tour by our hotel, all five people were eager to experience the wonder of Hollywood. We were expected wonderful view and a once in a life time experience but when we arrived on the bus promise were not met. Our tour guide was inexperienced of the knowledge of Hollywood and what we were told would happen on the tour, as clients didn't receive. Used GoLA card for Yellow route today. Terrible customer service and communication. Was not told you had to use earphones to hear the commentary which when we found out was actually a pre-recorded British accent and not the driver at all which was very odd (and hard to hear over the bus and traffic noise)! Also not funny or interactive at all which is surely supposed to be the point of a tour bus? Then to make matters worse was dumped off the bus halfway round as the driver was finished for the day so was left by the side of... read more

I had a night tour for today. Yesterday I called to confirm and now, as I see that nobody comes, I called and they tell me it's cancelled!!! Nobody inform me!!I've been running all day to can arrive at time...in the hotel says that is usual that they do this. Please, not use this company if you don't want to be disappointed. I just hope they refund the money fast
