MY VISIT WAS HANDLED BY ZACK. HE KEPT ME INFORMED OF THE PROBLEM, HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE FOR THE NECESSARY REPAIRS AND WHEN IT SHOULD BE FINISHED. AFTER MANY VISITS TO THIS DEALERSHIP, I CAN COUNT ON THEIR DEPENDABILITY OF GETTING THE JOB DONE.

Got all the basics done. However I used to get a chart of the conditions of my tires, battery, brakes etc and just got a receipt this time. Also, they once had a shuttle, then provided a LYFT service but now you either wait in the service lounge or pay $9.95 both ways for a trip home. My service guy was great but he was the only person there at the time. Still, I got what I came for but may go to a closer place next time
