Overall pleased with service provided by Ford given some big issues with our vehicle. Evan was informative regarding a major warranty repair and accommodating due to some unexpected delays. Even with some concerns related to the recent service, they are willing to address and resolve so we can be back to driving safely and smoothly out on the road.
