still waiting for a response A month ago I took my f150 eco boost into surprise ford because it was not running right. I was told it needed new spark plugs and a new coil, so after some negotiations I had them do it. I picked my vehicle up and noticed a slight pull to the right all of sudden that wasn't there but I chalked it up to possibly I just didn't notice it before. I'm done I've been dealing with these guys since they opened. Bought 1 new car and have given them 100% of my business on 2 Fords. In the beginning I thought they were pretty good, but it's been a long downhill slide since. I meet all new service personnel every month. I've not dealt with the same person twice in 2 years. After 10's of thousands spent, to get an overpriced oil change (that takes minimum 2 hours) I'm asked twice, "have you been here before?" The Home me of dowe, cheatem & how The ultimate home of the bait and switch. I inquired about a vehicle and was told to come on in a take it for a test drive. Called before and drove over to confirm and I was assured it was there. When I arrived I was shown told it had been sold and given other choices that were not close to what I came in to see. Very dishonest and disinterested. If they treat you as a customer this way, how helpful will they be after the purchase? STAY FAR AWAY!
Not all have a day to wait for an oil change... Quick Lane? Stop advertising BS. You HAVE NO QUICK LANE. A simple oil change should NOT take a half of a day. After I had made an appointment.
Oil change was fine but expensive and no shuttle The oil change took a couple of hours and the price went from $85, that I signed for... to out the door at $103. I eaited an hour for the shuttle service... nothing. Finally the manager drove me back to work in his personal vehicle. When they were done with the oil change, I was notified. Terrible Service IF i could give this review 0 stars i would. I've had multiple time that I've brought my call in and received terrible service. And NO I will not lie on my survey just to make the "advisers" look good. Today I brought my car in for a service appointment, and i did not meet my service adviser, nobody gave me any updates or follow up for over 2 and a half hours. Service Department Took Ford Ford F150 to get Power steering fixed. Quoted an$1100 price for pump, line, and gear box. Told when I went to authorize start of service, the price was double. Rep argued with me. Third day and still waiting for truck. What is purpose of making appointment if they don't want to stick by it? Will never go there again.
