Just lies Only went in because they sent me an email claiming I could get a 2018 F-150 for $18,999 and $299/ month. The first offer sheet put in front of me was for $37000 and $650/month. I kept saying " I want to see the truck you emailed about". I was then offered a 2013 F-150 XLT extended cab for a price that would work for me. Run away from this place! One word...awful. my husband and I stopped in to check out a used car he fell in love with. Everything was ok, until it turned into a nightmare. I had no intentions of putting my name on any paperwork and made that clear. My husband did not qualify on his own, and I was ready to walk. Poor Service Our 2015 CPO Ford Edge was in the Surprise Ford service department for approx. one week for service on the malfunctioning power assist lift gate. After a week, we were told by the Service Manager, Aaron, that WE needed to replace the lift gate as the repair did not fall under warranty work as he had been advised by an OUTSIDE Ford body shop. BUYER BEWARE ! Surprise Ford is not an honest or ethical dealership! We traded a paid off vehicle for a Ford Focus ST and were told we were approved, signed paperwork and had the car for a week when they told us we needed to come back and sign again for a different bank. Most unethical dealership I've ever been to I bought a vehicle from Surprise Ford two months ago, which in itself was the worst experience I've ever had and everybody I told couldn't believe what happened. On top of that, as recent as today (over two months later) I am still receiving notices in the mail from banks and credit unions saying Surprise Ford sent them my info to run a credit check on. Bad Experience/Unhappy Person Received contest in mail that I won. Called to make an appointment. I my appointment I said I am not here to BUY A CAR, BUT FOR THE CONTEST ONLY. Had to take a test drive which I did. In over 1 hour I told my salesman 15 TIMES THAT I AM NOT HERE TO BUY A CAR THAT I AM HERE FOR THE CONTEST ONLY! Service Department 0 out of 10 Went in for the Zytec Paint protector, Oil Change, Tire rotation, and multipoint check. If the Zytec was applied it was done so over road grime and dead bugs. I washed it but I live and hour from your store. Everything picked up was sealed in. If you want to waste a lot of time getting jerked around By and large THE biggest group of clowns who claim to be car salesmen that you'd ever want to encounter.
