Warranty work, dropped car off at night, didn't have much interaction with anybody at the service center. But seem to be fine. Called when work was done.

Appropriately proactive on the sales funnel side. As it appears the purchased vehicle has a known transmission related issue the unresponsiveness of Surprise Ford comes as an unpleasant...surprise.

Service department took care of my needs. I was given a ride home rather than waiting at the dealership for my car. Everyone was friendly.
