Unethical Behavior I do not recommend buying from this dealer! Buyer beware! I have been to many dealerships over the past few weeks. Liars, lazy, lizards! I barely know where to start. None of this staff, nor the general manager have any integrity! They only want to move a car by ripping you off the minute you arrive! Then $750 off for Loyalty Offer and another $500 off for Trade Group Offer or College Student Discount. Call ahead and ask if it has any Dealer Adds (add-ons). Pad the bill by thousands This dealership likes to add extras that I did not want like skylink, they said it could not be removed. They wanted to. Barge me 1190.00 dollars for it but since I did not want it they were only going to charge me 290.00 there cost and I still did not want it. Lack of knowledge in product , salesman very unprofessional. Go in too see a specific vehicle . This salesman brings 2 wrong models , when I told him exactly what I was looking for. Do not pass on other peoples income... Very simply, a horrible, unprofessional experience. Looked at a used truck on the lot. Very nice, very low miles for a 2015 Talked to a young sales person. False advertising and did not honor price given on a email Found a car we were interested on on their web site. Car was advertised at 9,999.00 which was a decent price. My wife contacted them and was told they would offer the car for 9,699.00. So we went the next day to see the car. It looked good so we wanted to see what payment we could get and what they would give us for a trade in on our Toyota. Think long and hard before you come. I bought a used car last night after doing research on this dealership for 4 days. I was met with hidden prices for additions they made and wanted to charge over and above their internet sale price! This was news to me after driving 1 hour to get to this facility.
