Zach the service writer was awesome and very helpful. my only beef with the dealership is that it took them a week to find out what was wrong with my vehicle and I had to pay for a rental while the car was just sitting in there a lot waiting to be looked at. all the staff was very friendly and polite, they are the best Ford dealership in our area. I just wish that I didn't have to pay all that rental money before finding out that it wasn't covered under warranty.
