Impossible Repair Received a notice that the A/C Evaporator was leaking and the repair would take 3 days at a cost of $1,700. I said I would trade the vehicle before I would pay that amount. So I paid the $140 for them telling me I needed this done. I decided on a 2nd opinion from a trusted mechanic. Poor customer service. They try to sell you something that you don't want. I test drive a vechicle and and other sales person try to sell another vechicle. Since I did not come to a deal the first time I was there. They kept pressuring me to come back to the dealership. Scam artist When to this dealership to look at a 2015 Ford Edge Sport that was priced really good. I told the sales guy that i had some requirements they must meet before i would think about going down there. They told me that it was a deal they could definitely work out. Worst Ford Dealer in the Country!!! Don't respond to customers request , worse than that don't document. Big UPSELL operation , called service manager 5 times without 1 return phone call , placed complaint with FORD Motor co , still not a return call , all they are concerned with is their bottom line , not repeat customers.

Just over the phone Unfortunately, I cannot answer about the dealership itself as i never made it in there. I was excited to be getting information and was planning on visiting after visiting another dealership, but it was late and I was tired. Stay away from Surprise Ford!!! They are terrible! I have been driving and dealing with dealerships for 45 years and Surprise Ford is the worst ever! Horrible customer service! Rude and unprofessional management!
They're sneaky I get it all dealers are sneaky but they financed my truck for $15000 above msrp but hid it in numbers and I was so tired and sick I fell for it. I'm a single girl with student loans and they took advantage. Same old horror story. I'm so pissed I wouldn't go back for any services and it's killing my credit. I hope they feel good about themselves.
