I was very pleased with the service that I received at Surprise Ford. I thought that Zack Frame was informative and pleasant. I plan to go back there again soon.

After I bought what I thought was exactly what I was looking for, I noticed a cold start tick in the engine. After internet investigation, I found out it was an issue in my model year with cam phasers. I called my sales guy (Dan Doncea). We discussed and he took it up-stream to the Service GM (Anoeil Azar). We has an open discussion and bottom line he said the Dealership will take care of the cam phasers. I took the truck in a week or so later and they fix the issues. Nice and quiet as it should be. Everything is great going through surprise Ford John Williams is a great sales person very helpful I would give him an A+ very courteous he has been trying to get the office to send my paperwork for days I have not received a stitch of paperwork email post office nothing I do not have paperwork on my warranties or the papers I signed when I received the truck from John
