Steve was great, he calmed me down while on the phone; nothing has ever happened to this car (2016 Fusion energi). He explained what was happening (dead battery) as it is different for plug-in cars than internal combustion type cars. I went into the shop and the battery was exchanged promptly - not having an appointment and taking a couple of hours was quick (in my opinion). Communication was the issue with my recent experience at Surprise Ford. I took the car in on Monday morning. Finally after leaving two messages with my service advisor (neither was returned) and two messages with the service manager (also not returned) I had to go there on Thursday afternoon to find out the status of my service work. I was able to pick up my car on Friday. All work was completed. Extremely frustrating. Again, they need to work on their communication.
