I went in for a Road Trip package where an oil change, oil chassis, rotate tires, and car inspection. They found that my tires lug nuts needed to be changed out. I was happy to hear they caught that concern. Didn't want to be on the road with a flat tire and unable to remove the tire. Joe in Service was very knowledgable about my Ford Escape. He definitely has been very professional. I feel much safer now driving my car to San Diego, California.
