Decent This complex isn't terrible but not the greatest either. The area is very convenient. It's south of the Galleria, but minutes from Rice Village, Midtown, Downtown, etc. The building has multiple highway and street access: 59, 610, Westpark, etc. With all that said, the building is a bit on the dirty side. It wouldn't take much to clean, perhaps a power wash of the walls and hallways. The other tenants aren't the greatest either. Best Apartment for the Money Lived here in the complex twice now... Amazing place. Great pool, 2 natural gas grills (piped in, no need for tanks), cybex workout equipment in the fitness center, and more sq ft for per dollar than anywhere else in the neighborhood.
Comfortable living... I have lived at the Resort at Limestone apartments for 5 years and I just renewed my lease for another year. Management is extremely helpful, area is safe and provides 24 hour surveillance, complex is well groomed, and tenants are very friendly. It is pet friendly, and most of all, very close to fine dining, shopping mall, and various stores!
You Have To Check These Out In viewing this property I was very pleased with what I saw as well as the level of professionalism the staff had in showing me around and making sure I had all the information i needed to make a decision. And they are reasonably priced!
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE STAFF I visited this property on 4/23/14 and was very impressed by the staff and the upkeep of the property. I am excited about making this my home.
Two thumbs up for the mangers at Limestone apts, especially Kionnedra Stevenson, the Community Director Since I have lived here at Limestone I have gone through at least 4 sets of mangers. This set of mangers are the first that really seems to care and are mangers of their word. The Upgrades that are being done really has made a difference. We even have security when means they seem to care about our well being.
Will never recommend to anyone If you like communication from your office, this is not the place for you. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t complete work orders. They definitely close them out and they will try and charge you when you do leave for normal wear and tear if you stayed in there for over a year, they will charge you for the things that they are supposed to repair the office Lady is very rude. Verified Renter Rent keeps going up and nothing gets fixed pool always dirty no playground for the kids and to top it off the main office for Rancho de Luna is closed and we have to go to the other property for anything
Verified Renter Security and safety are an issue. Tenant upstairs constantly allowing homeless people into her apartment. Don’t feel safe walking pet or even leaving my apartment.
