Verified Renter I love the property and office staff is great. I think the pricing we got is pretty decent for our floor plan, but the additional fees for things we personally don’t utilize, like valet trash, are a bummer. We’ve also had to place a lot of work orders for one project in our unit BUT the office and maintenance staff were always kind about it. Watch out for pest Number one complaint from two different units I lived on were the pest. German roaches everywhere. Food had to be stored in the fridge at all times, even dry goods. It’s not a child friendly community and watch out where you step. Dog poop everywhere.

Verified Renter Friendly neighbors, quiet, clean and has great amenities. The water in my unit smells like sewer. A ticket was made immediately to have the city look into it.

terrible communication They will only respond to your emails and calls once you want to sign the lease, good luck staying in touch after you signed it. It's been 2 months since I moved out and didn't receive my deposit. When I was staying at their property, I had to take off work and go to the office in person whenever I had a request.

Roaches but looks good in pictures and on the outside The property is finally getting better on the outside but the inside is full of roaches and the apartments get sprayed once every several months. If you're not home then pest control is in and out in less than 2 minutes. If you're home then it takes about 5 minutes.

Verified Renter It is a nice place to live but there are some things that must do. Still have a dog pop all over the condo, the other side of the condo (the oposite side of the office) isn't too clean like there and they not care to much about it.

Worst Complex Ever From my first day moving in I had issues. First there were no numbers on my apt to tell which apt mine was. I asked for this to be fixed multiple times. I have mobility issues so I have most of my groceries and shopping delivered. Numbers on my apt are important. I explained this to the office after requesting this be resolved for the 5th time and I was told to stand outside and wait for my deliveries. Verified Renter Complex did not have my apartment ready for my move in date, therefore I had to switch all of my accounts another time for a new unit. Wasn’t told my unit would be ready at 5pm the day before move in. I have filed maintenance requests that were never taken care of however I received an email saying they were.

Verified Renter Dog waste all over the grass everywhere. Trash in the hallways. Trash thrown all around the garbage dumpsters. Gym is out of date and equipment broken. Swam in pool 1x in 2 summers, the rest of the time was broken. Didn't have a for 3 weeks in 95° weather. Was given 200 off rent and my ac bill was already that much from running 2 portable ac units 24/7 for 2 weeks. Never had my carpet cleaned when I moved in asked several times for it to be cleaned was told they'll look into it. Security gates are always open... read more
