Verified Renter To start my car got broken into literally yesterday, they never answer the phone and they are disorganized. There is a few or slim good things but most of it is bad.
Verified Renter Slow maintenance, not very many amenities if any at all. Very high water bills. Decent management. It used to be very good, untill new management came in.

Verified Renter My apartment is nice but it took 2 months to get ac and bathroom fixed which is not good. Also have to watch statements like a hawk to be sure and to get refunds is very hard
Verified Renter Management has been terrible. Takes forever to get ahold of someone. You are charged not only for water but sewer and drainage, have to find your own electric. So many fees they don’t tell you about.
Verified Renter Very nice and comfy apartments I would just stop the valet trash, there are ppl that are nasty and leaves their trash outside their door for days letting it leak and it smells like garbage when you walk up or down the stairs

RUDE MANAGEMENT If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at this apartment complex are not only incredibly rude, but they’re also liars who couldn’t care less about their tenants’ health or safety. We’ve been dealing with an infestation of crickets—and I’m not talking about a few here and there. We’re talking about 40+ crickets a day that we have to kill ourselves.
