Verified Renter Horrible experience here. Don’t move to this complex. Area is dirty. Apartments have pests. Leasing office can be so rude. Work orders are never taken care of. 0/10 would recommend.

Verified Renter We have had nothing but problems since moving in. We moved into a roach infested apartment. Our light bill was $400 for the first few months without us running the AC, obviously indicating a problem. It was brushed off for so long. The pool is always green and dirty. STAY AWAY attitude from so called management people give fake names takes weeks to get anything fixed and that is rare never make appointment for maintenance they just show up when they want

Verified Renter towne west has very nice space in each rooms in your beautiful apartment. other than the nice space the apartments could do much better with providing cleanliness & safeness to the community. front office most definitely has work to do & it starts with them.

Too much for too little Although management has been working to get this place up to par, there are issues that they aren’t able to solve such as pest problems, lack of adequate funding for repairs, and poor quality ground maintenance. The breeze ways in building 1 is very dirty, and the parking lot spaces are very narrow causing vehicles to be crammed up next to each other. The residences aren’t very nice either. Verified Renter Our experience here has been good so far. The move in process was a nightmare because of various miscommunications throughout the entire process. Also the laundry mats are not working correctly and we had to dry our clothes with a hairdryer. We are enjoying the gym and pool facilities and love our unit.

Verified Renter I can’t wait to get out of this complex. Seem to have rules for some people but not others and I am really sick of it…… Between not making people clean up after their animals, fines for things like an empty box on my balcony and not enforcing the drug policy. It’s ridiculous!!
