Verified Renter The apartment looks nice on the surface, but living here was stressful. The building has constant plumbing issues, and the water pressure is terrible. The elevator breaks down frequently, leaving residents to use the stairs. Also, parking is a nightmare—there are never enough spots, and the fees are ridiculous. The rent increases every year without improvements to the facilities. Not worth the money.

Management & mold issues Management is not responsive to issues and frequently mismanages information resulting in issues within themselves and tenants. Due to bad management, I've experienced extra inaccurate charges within numerous areas stemming from issues relating to management's disorganization. Verified Renter Maintenance & upkeep are a low priority. There is a lack of cleanliness in exterior halls & stairwells: wasp/bird nests in many dryer vents (this HAS to be a fire hazard); cobwebs & dirt piles in the hallway; wood in stairwell is rotting badly. The lack of dog waste disposal stations makes the grassy areas gross. I supply my own bags, but there are not enough pet waste cans to put them in. Verified Renter It's been not good to say the least. The apartment falls apart every week, the washer and dryer units were out for over a year, when staff is asked to do something they forget and it's never brought up again. Like me asking for my dog to be added to the lease and they never did it and it's been 3 months. I'm not even gonna anymore cause I'm not renewing this lease

Unacceptable Conditions and Poor Response I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. My daughter, who is renting her first apartment on her own for school, was assured that the unit would be clean and ready for her move-in. Going through it. After we dropped our kids off for school we decided to head back to our unit to grab our work clothes around 8:30am our entire front room and closet was flooded because the vendors never turn the water off after leaving the hot water heater being left in the middle of our kitchen.
