Verified Renter Beautiful location. Disappointed about neighbors and multiple maintenance issues. Sophia is the leasing agent who greets you when you first arrive and she's wonderful!!! Any issue I've had she listens and advises me on what to do. All the ladies in the office are professional and nice.

Verified Renter I have only had bad experiences with this community. It unfortunate because it has great potential. I hope they become better. They will need to be more responsive and handle tenants issues timely.

Verified Renter The only thing I like is the location. I don't like the $15 monthly trash fee. Which I can throw the trash on my own. My upstairs neighbors are very loud we get a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Did a lot of noise complaints and nothing works. My experience has not been very well.

Verified Renter The office should communicate with residents. I’ve had issues since I’ve moved into the unit. I finally have a washer after months of “waiting” on a part to come in.

Verified Renter Very uncomfortable living in my unit. I’ve been a tenant for over 15 years. In the last year I’ve been dealing with these roaches. Very unhappy

Think before you move I lived in this apartment for 14 years now. When I first move here, under a different management it was good and they tend to your needs right away if something needs to be fix in your unit. But, as time goes on under a new management this place sucks and does not care about the tenants needs. These are just some of the complains that I know that it takes forever for the maintenance to come to fix something in your unit. Verified Renter My experience has been great other than people leaving their dogs on the patios and them barking all night and the people under me throwing parties almost every day

Verified Renter This community used to be great, but lately the staff is not helpful. Don't bother with referrals, they will never pay you anyway. They tack on made up fees and up charges every month, which you have to dispute. Maintenance is overworked, so they never show up, and when they do they don't have the budget to fix or replace anything.

Do not live here unless you can't afford anything else. If you want $400 taken out of your security deposit after leaving the apartment in better condition than you received it, then live here... My ac was broken when I first moved in. I complained about multiple times they *fixed it" a week or two later after each request. It would only go as low as 75-77 during the summer and then they told me it was just the way the commercial ac worked and told me to close my shades. Made no sense.
