Not friendly management They are not providing professional service. I strongly suggest don’t live in here.

Be careful renting here Just moved into this apartment complex on Saturday, asked for my lease to be terminated on Monday. This apartment was filthy, hair all in the bathroom tub, dead bugs, spider webs, little brown spiders everywhere, another species of bugs I don't even know. The floors were horrible my foot was black, lights switch dirty, sinks dirty, oven and stove dirty, refrigerator dirty nothing was even attempted to be clean. Dog and bird poop everywhere. Verified Renter I was so in love with this apartment complex. The only thing that was a downside was the guest parking situation. However I was very disappointed to learn our assigned spots were being revoked. I was worried this would only hinder actual residents and cause problems with us finding parking and I was correct. Having my own parking spot was a huge factor in moving into this specific complex and I am so disappointed that the spots we pay monthly for were suddenly taken away.

Worst place to live 1/2 There is A positive here, that's Nicole. She is a wonderful person 5/5. Now for everything else. We had non stop issues since the start. Our move in date was pushed back several times due to "cleaning and getting carpet replaced". We expected a pretty clean apartment with brand new carpet as that's the reason we were told our move in date was delayed several weeks right? Wrong, it honestly left me speechless. Was an "ok" place to live but still had issues I lived there for quite a few years & the rent was decent at that time that I moved in. Each year, unfortunately, the mgmt company continued to increase the rent, which was very disappointing, especially because there were not many upgrades to the property itself, other than exterior painting. Pros and cons from a six year resident I have been living at Chaparral for six years. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: - Maintenance is prompt & courteous. Cons: - Crime: The facility is in a bad area of Palmdale. Check the crime map on NewsBreak. - Neighbors have had tires stolen from cars. - Packages are regularly stolen from front porches. - Aggressive homeless people around the garbage bins. - Expect a max rent increase of 5% + inflation every year. Budget accordingly.

Verified Renter Apartments themselves are nice enough with decent amenities for the price. However, the security is severely lacking. Part of the apartment amenities is supposed to include security officers available overnight. Multiple cars have been broken into overnight, including mine twice within 6 months. The police officers have recommended additional lighting and security, but management has been unresponsive. horrible living here Please be very careful, living here in these apartments is a bad decision. Please listen. Management has a business with Houston TOW AWAY. because cars can only be registered during office hours. NO online They take your towing car..this happens every day it's not fair. stay away from these apartments please.Neither your family nor friends can park, because they take the cars if the office is closed.. why??? just because they have a business.

Don't, it is bad here. There are other properties in the area Moved in. First office staff were rude and then fired. Nobody told us until new management company (TAM) moved in. They (office staff) are literally never in the office to help and the one maintenance guy that is here full-time (super nice)is run ragged trying to keep up by himself most days. Have a problem?
