All contact had to be initiated from our side, as leasing office did not contact us after application and initial approval. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! This place is horrible! My neighbor's dog always has a bunch of poop and trash EVERYWHERE in the hallways. Imagine walking outside and you immediately step on poop right outside of your door. Dog poop everywhere!! Honest Reviews I am disappointed in how my experience at this complex ended as it was not a negative experience until move out. I did not take this as a place that would try to milk you. I was especially disappointed at the threats of collections. They were unnecessary and just rude. Overall, it was not the best apartment and it was not the worst. Management Doesn’t Care about Resident Safety I have been living here for over a year now so I am very aware of everything going on. Refused to fix anything They refused to fix the air conditioning, dishwasher or toilet. For more than 2 months I lived without AC (in August!) and I went 3 months without a dishwasher. When I talked to management in person they would promise to get it fixed. And then nothing would happen. Do not waste your time or money The property is really nice during the day, but it does have several downsides. There are periods of car break ins and it doesn't feel safe at night. Trash is constantly an issue. Another huge problem is that the property can't keep maintenance people because of the MASSIVE workload MAA requires of their maintenance team.
