Verified Renter We pay for parking but we have had people park in one of our spots 5 times this month (October 2023). I have asked multiple times for solutions from the front office but I am not getting any. As I write this, someone is in our spot and we have to find a visitor spot. Horrible experience!
Verified Renter It's pretty here but I really hate the smell of cigarette smoke that is entering my bathroom almost every day. I've told the office about it, but other than telling me they would talk to my neighbor about it, I haven't heard anything. Also the smell still comes back almost every day.
Stolen truck My truck got stolen in front of my apartment parking lot today. Made a police report and office management couldn’t show me the video because they need the manager. Don’t believe that is true. They never answer the phone. I’m Scared to live here. They don’t have security either. Rent went up so high and everything is outdated. Full of cockroaches. Please don’t come here.
Disgusting and poorly run A one star rating is too high, in my opinion. I don't think I have ever lived in a worse apartment complex. The conditions are horrible and the management team couldn't care less. I had basically every problem imaginable for the 10 months living here. I had rats, I had roaches, I had mold, my door wasn't sealed properly so I would get a puddle in my kitchen during this year's rain storms. Cockroach infested & bedbugs! The headline says it all! Not to mention the place smells like a wet ashtray! They allow cigarette smoking! It is old and outdated! Nothing gets replaced! It's filthy dirty! Definitely not child friendly.. Mold & mildew due to leaking ancient air conditioners! Stay clear of this place!
Long Time Resident We have lived here for almost 8 years, and it was FABULOUS when we moved in..however, several different property mgmt have taken over at one point or another and service and the property itself has gone so far down. Roads are awful, gates have not worked in YEARS, they do not answer the phones in the office, and changes come without notification to residents-- it's really sad to see where it has gone to. Poor property Each management company is more disorganized than the last. They gave away the parking spot I paid for for 9 years and the resident that took it wont give it back. Management was incredibly rude in handling this major mistake on their part and told me they aren't bound by doing the right thing, only by their incomplete records. DON"T LIVE HERE I have never had so many issues at/with an apartment complex before. From the start, it was bad. My roommate and I toured the apartment, there were lightbulbs out, broken drawers and fixtures, sticky stuff all over the floors, and many other things that they promised they would fix before move in. Well, we moved in, nothing was fixed. That was fine, I can handle a few mishaps. Poor Management I have had issues with theft, mold, and water pressure. None of which were handled. It is nearly impossible to get someone to respond to you or help with any requests. You could light yourself on fire and walk in to the lobby and no one would even care. The employees only purpose is to get leases signed, they do not help any current residents with anything.
