Security Deposit Woes If you choose to purchase your own rent insurance instead of going with the more expensive rent insurance that they offer by default, you will have problems when you renew annually. They do not have a means of you providing them with your renewal information and since no one answers the phone when you call, you may leave it on their voicemail and send it via contact us in the portal. Don't live here. I hate to write this but our one year at this property was the worst year. The office staff is unfriendly, ill-informed, inconsistent, and unprofessional. Every time we went into the office, there seemed to be new staff which led to us always being given different answers and information. Nobody seemed to be on the same page. Horrible Managment I loved this property when I first moved in two years ago, and now I can't wait to leave. There is constant theft on the property to which nothing is being remedied for. The entrance gates are constantly broken, the doors are broken and left open as well. The management team said that no one in the entire Houston area knows how to fix it. Poor communication and doesn’t care about tenants I’ve been here a month and i’ve complained so much about my noisy neighbors above, that i have to constantly listen to 7 days a week all day. I’m 8 months pregnant and i think it’s absolutely ridiculous that nobody in the office is trying to resolve my issue. I’ve recorded the events and still nothing is being done! they don’t respond to my emails only days later if i’m lucky. Starting to regret moving here!
Disappointed I applied here and was conditionally approved and was asked ro put down a huge additional deposit. I wasn't able to do so. I was told that my deposit would be sent back to me within 30 days and I emailed them the forwarding address on 2/23/2023. After 30 days, I called to let the office know I didn't receive it. After being placed on hold I was told by one person the city name was misspelled and they would send out another check. If the zip code was correct, it would have found the mail box. Verified Renter The appointments look nice and are located in a great area but the complex and the buildings are old they have renovated the units with new appliances, as for the building itself, you can hear everyone walking around and the walls are in rough shape. The walls are super thin. And when you have a complaint with other tenants management typically does not do anything about it. Also there is little to no parking spots to park your car
Terrible Security and Safety. Break in Attempts NEVER EVER MOVE HERE. My safety has been in jeporady 3 times within 2 weeks of someome trying to break into my place and have informed corporate and the property manager and there is no sense of urgency. This place is not safe for residents and they do not take the safety of residents seriously. If I want to transfer units I have to pay a fee and pay the rent for the next spot which is more expensive than the spot I'm in now.

Look somewhere else We lived here for 6 months, and, while we loved the location, we didn’t like anything else about our experience. They told us our air conditioner was installed upside down, which is why it went out in the middle of summer and leaked until the drywall was falling off. Maintenance requests took months to get done. When we moved out they charged us $500 for damage and cleaning that we lived with the entire time we were there and had given up trying to get them to fix. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY LANSCAPING OR NICE PAINT! 1) When we moved in the apartment had intense cigarette smell that we were never notified of the last tenant smoking in the house about and they refused to fix the problem, 2) The HVAC is obviously from the 70's or 80's when the property was originally constructed. It's completely brown with rust and the filters don't prevent dust from spreading through the house.
