Poor management Poor management team . I waited almost more than 5 days to fix my a/c.It was literally hot to live inside the apartment. I have to stay in my friends home until they fix the a/c. The rent price is too high with comparison to their services and facilities.

DON’T LIVE HERE. Terrible place to live, don’t even bother, poor management. Your going to be paying for stuff years after you leave

Verified Renter Really expensive for what you get. The outside storage area is very small. Seems like stuff in the apartment starts to get worn out/need replacing within the first year (mold inside from sliding glass door not sealing well, liner on tub ripped up). Neighbors take aggressive dogs to the dog park all the time and don’t pick up their pet waste. Parking is a pain AND it isn’t even included in the rent charge ($15 for an uncovered spot!). There’s a $54 convenience fee for paying rent online…

Do Not Move here!! This place is horrible! Repair orders are not resolved unless you, the tenant, make the repairs yourself. This place has high fees, high crime, and horrible service, to name a few.

Verified Renter The garbage system is weird. Having trash cans outside every house leads to just garbage laying in the hallways. Additionally the no smoking rule l is not is not enforced so there is consistently people smoking.

they keep adding extra services fees. If you are planning to lease here, be ready to pay extra almost $250 on top your rent. For one bill I see 2 water bill and separate service charges and again service charges.

Verified Renter When I first moved here, I appreciated the effort, care, and communication exhibited. Now not so much, simple maintenance tickets taking over a week to complete and then they don’t even get done with any communication on future steps. The facilities lacking or looking dirty and big infested. This place could get back to greatness through some care, humility, and continued education. It’s grown to be too big business. Safety is a Concern Safety is a serious concern here. Gates are often broken and management is not interested in doing much about it. Wheels and rims were stolen off my car on a weekday night and management was uninterested in the issue. Lack of cameras and general security despite being gated. Additionally when moving in, apartment was filthy (floors and cabinets sticky and dirty). Only plus side is this place is relatively quiet and maintenance guys are quick and friendly. Verified Renter Management refuses to let maintenance upgrade to LEDs, so expect to pay a lot for electricity and get them replaced monthly. Another star off for the forced valet trash pickup with a weight limit of 25lbs.
