No maintenance Moved in here three weeks ago, didn't try to use dishwasher (which is obviously new) until three days ago. When I did, dishwasher tipped over, because it was not properly installed... the screws to hold it to the counter were never put in. Told office, then tried to run it anyhow, and it doesn't turn on. Office originally said "we will have maintenance come tomorrow", then when I went back to say it didn't run at all "tomorrow morning" told it would be later that day. Worst Apartment Ever My experience at Elliot Bay Meadows has been absolutely horrible. To start my significant other and I had to delay our move in date because the “renovations” were not finished. They moved our move in date 3 weeks later! Upon entering the apartment 3 weeks later it looked like no renovations ever took place. We filled out our form stating damages at move in but also requested some of them to be repaired immediately due to safety and health. DO NOT BE FOOLED! Roaches, broken windows, and appliances, no mail keys, no working laundry facilities for 6+ months... the list goes on. The units are outdated and falling apart, every single room has about a dozen little holes that roaches and other bugs crawl through. The parking is competitive, the paving on the road SUCKS and you're lucky if maintenance fixes your request within a month. Literally don't even think about it! Learn from my mistakes please ;(

Worst complex I've been in to date. The management company "Roscoe Property Management" is as conniving as they come. Apartments built with zero insulation. Every single repair is done as cheaply as possible and they leave an absolute mess for you to clean with every job. Not once have they cleaned after themselves. Took 7 months since move-in day to fix a dryer (no joke...7 months after repeated maintenance requests). You pay constant fees simply to pay them. You can't pay your rent without paying a fee...that's how ridicul... read more

Verified Renter The apartments are beautiful. The location and neighborhood is ideal.
DO NOT LEASE HERE! This morning we woke up to one of our cars broken into! Lots of expensive equipment was stolen out of our work van! They make you park so far away from your apartment building that it's ridiculous! Parking is terrible here and now we are paying the consequences - theft and vandalism to/from our cars! Do not live here Let me start by saying that I was really excited to live in these apartments. Unfortunately, ever since the very first day I moved in here these apartments have been terrible. The first days when I moved in here the apartment was not move in ready and I slept in an apartment full of construction dust. smells like weed Pretty apartments. Beautiful community room. Maintenance always comes when called. No bug infestation at all. People aren’t so good with picking up after their pets and there’s a consistent smell of weed. The ventilations aren’t good so that smell constantly leaks into your apartment. The halls , elevator will smell like it and unfortunately if you take a dip in the pool people will most likely be smoking there also. Staff will never return phone calls, or follow up on complaints. Terrible Place to Live Roaches, roaches and more roaches. You’ll never get rid of them. Office staff are unhelpful, rude, and ignorant. Maintenance staff are incompetent, lazy, and crazy. Nothing ever gets fixed, nothing is ever clean, and the gates don’t work, so anyone can come in and rob you. Good luck if you choose to go here.
