Rodents There are rats in our attic/ceiling and all around our building. Since April I've sent in 3 service requests and emailed the leasing office and property management a handful more times with evidence of the rodents and nothing has been done. It continues to get worse and price we pay to have an infestation of rodents around the complex with almost no communication from the office is absurd.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. It took them 4 months to process my application. I got approved and moved in. Upon my personal inspection of my 3 bedroom, 2 bath, I noticed my master bathroom shower and tub not working, the dishwasher holding old, moldy water, the kitchen sink did not work and the microwave above the stove didn't work either. Very bad There are two rats everywhere and inside the storage and in front of the apartments is not clean all the time and when there is a complaint, no one answers

Steer Clear Terrible management. Hiking prices last minute, "completing" repairs that were never actually performed, and terrible communication. The cherry on top is that they were supposed to refund us our application fee and admin fee, yet a month later - here I am with no refund. Aside from this - they market themselves as luxury, yet they have a few nice pools that are open a couple weeks out of the year, fields full of dog waste due to not stocking doggy waste bags, overpriced covered parking that caves in on cars, and ... read more

WAY too expensive for what you get I want to start by saying this complex is not a bad place, I simply think that the rent they charge for what you get is ridiculous. Maintenance is quick and very good, Management is friendly and professional. I have found numerous examples of the "landlord special" around my unit, with nails and holes from the previous tenant, as well as cracks in the seal around the sliding door just being painted over. Look out Look out for lots and lots of big dogs without leases and look out for poop everywhere. Lots of noise and I don't feel safe here, lots of crime in the area. Staff is nice but when you bring up issues they are offensive. Only one garbage bump so people in the back end up putting the garage bags on their hood of their vehicle to take to the front, in my opinion they're should be a dumpster in the back as well. Even though they're are speed bumps, no speed signs are listed so look out for people in a hurry.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Currently live here & would give this place a 0/5 stars if I could. Maintenance/contractors are resurfacing a bath tub in an apartment we share a wall with and without any notice of what’s happening in our building, are currently being fumigated out of our apartment from the toxins flowing through the connecting air vents. This has happened multiple times before without notice or care. MOLD! Nasty!! Been living in this apartment complex for 2 years and its been a constant fight with mold and a/c not working properly! Within two years here we got at least three times mold exposure and for the information my husband is a veteran with the lungs problems , he struggles a lot with breathing ! Another bonus is a/c does not properly working and its been extremely hot summer so we constantly kept a/c on 65F and it definitely was not even close to 72-74F plus constant humid has destroyed our furniture! Roaches DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want to eat shower and sleep with ROACHES. This place is infested with them. Property management sucks they have attitudes and never pick up the phone you can walk over to the office and they are sitting on their phones. Parking is horrible your at risk of having your car tampered with. 90% of the residents have pets and don’t pick up their poop so it smells disgusting outside I along with many others are counting down the days until our lease is up so we can run from this hell hole.
